Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions and per-chapter purchases unlock immediate access to premium PDFs, so they are non-refundable by default. We will refund a duplicate charge, a payment that succeeded but never activated a subscription, or a request made within 24 hours of purchase where our logs show you have not viewed or downloaded any premium content. Subscriptions are one-time purchases for a fixed duration — they do not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel.

To request a refund, email contact@myteachinghub.in from the address on your account with your Razorpay payment ID (starts with pay_) and a brief reason. We reply within 3 business days; approved refunds reach your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–10 business days. Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank — most issues are resolved faster over email.
